Our vision, first off, is to help YOU speed up the sale of your home/property.
We do this, our mission, by assisting YOU with bridging finance which work as follows:
Should YOU/the seller of the house/property have a shortfall in funds to pay for, municipal figures, rates and taxes, electrical certificate, we step in to help YOU. We can provide these funds. As you well know the sooner your municipal figures/accounts are paid up to date the faster registration and transfer of your property can take place.
The YOU we help, also include real estate agents we can advance 80% of your commission owing to you, with the consent of your principal.
We also desire to assist YOU the transferring attorney, to the best of our ability. We do this, and limiting the administrative burden to the absolute minimum. The attorneys that have already taken hands with us, will testify that our documentation is easy and quick to complete.
Continuing our mission to help, as fast as possible, we also make payment the same day the application is received
As a registered credit provider our documentation is also set up in accordance with the NATIONAL CREDIT REGULATOR. Our NCRCP registration number is: NCRCP11503.
The cost involved and repayment
To re-iterate we wish to help YOU and we do it by asking the lowest fees as we can.
Our fees are R1-20 per thousand rand or portion thereof, per day, until date of registration = repayment.
The Bridging finance is repaid from the proceeds of the sale of your property, on date of registration.
Hence the reason to charge per day, instead of per month, to cut down on costs to YOU.
The same cost structure applies for Estate agents.
We only have a once off administration fee of R200.00
- Except where the application is below R10,000.00 we ask a once off fee of R250.
- We also have a minimum fee of 14 days.(Negotiable)
